About Us

We are a proud small family business located in Oklahoma, and we offer a variety of personalized stationery & gifts designed by our family for yours. 

Our designs range in style & genres as diverse as our little family of five, and we pride ourselves on providing our customers with fast delivery of quality personalized gifts and an amazing customer service experience!

Shipping & Processing
Our items are made to order, and hand-produced in our Oklahoma studio.  Once your order is received, it will go into production.  Our Production time is typically 1-3 Days, after which your package will be shipped.  

Shipping times are separate from production time and are estimated 2-5 day depending on your location and your shipping option choice. 

Please note that production times can vary during peak holiday shopping seasons.  We will always make an announcement on our home page if turn times are slower.

We do offer Shipping upgrades when available which may vary during peak holiday seasons.  If you would like information on expediting your order please contact us for more information on expedited orders

Order Cancelation
Please contact us within (1) hour for an order change or cancellation.  To ensure we deliver your items as fast as we can we process orders as quickly as possible.  We do not allow cancellations once your order has been processed.  

Returns & Exchanges

For custom & personalized orders, we can not offer exchanges or refunds due to the personalized nature of the item.  For all other non-personalized items we do allow for Returns or Exchanges.  The return/exchange must be within 7 days of the delivery of your item(s).  Please contact us to authorize your return and we can give you instructions on how to return your item(s).  The original item(s) must be returned to us in unused condition, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Once the item has been received we will issue the refund or authorize an exchange.
